Casa Don Quixote – Surface area : 200m2, Garden : 800m2
Completely refurbished stylish house in sympathy with this area of architectural interest, offering spacious accommodation. Casa Don Quixote extends over 2 floors, and accommodates parties of up to 4 people very comfortably in its 3 bedrooms.
The communal areas are on the first floor, where the main entrace is. There is a very spacious living room with fireplace and two seating areas which easily take 8 people. The living area opens onto a patio, ideal for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious and has a breakfast area. The kitchen has access to the washing corner. The main double bedroom is on this floor, overlooking the green gardens and decorated in soothing whites. There is a bathroom on this floor.
Steps lead to the ground floor where 2 bedrooms are situated. There is one bathroom on this floor. On this floor there is a large second living room, accessed only through either of the bedrooms; on this living room 2 beds can be added, however there is light in the morning.
The patio offers many shady spots, a barbecue and garden furniture.
The local sandy beach of Monte Estoril provides every amenity such as sunbeds and parasols, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés on the adjacent promenade.

Location
Located in the elegant, quiet area of Monte Estoril, within 10 minutes walk of the lovely sandy beach and 2km from the centre of Cascais. Lisbon is easily reached by a pleasant 20 minute coastal train ride or by car (20km). Sintra is a bus ride away.
Estoril became famous during the Second World War as a safe haven for the nobility and spies. The beautiful villas and architecture, of which Villa Azamor is part, remain from this era. Its micro climate continues to attract tourists all year round, hot in the summer and mild in winter.
The Estoril Casino is a favourite attraction and the yearly summer arts and crafts fair is also a short walk from the Villa.
The Cascais Marina, with its boats, restaurants and buzzing night-life is a 5 minute drive.
Everything is within easy walking distance.
The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is a pleasant 15 minutes stroll, or 5 minutes by local bus or car. There is plenty to visit of historic interest as well as restaurants, nightlife, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.
Golf Details
Portugal is a paradise where the golfer can play almost every day of the year. Every course offers new and surprising landscapes, backed up by excellent services and facilities. Internationally renowned Estoril Golf course is a 5 minute drive.
There are 6 courses within an 8 km range, with plenty to offer beginner and advanced player alike. The Estoril Golf Club is 3km away.
Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the villa can be reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 25 minutes via the A5 motorway or the more scenic road along the river towards Cascais.
The villa is so well situated and transport is so good that you can opt for a car free holiday.
There is a full variety of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pleasant coastal train connecting Lisbon and Cascais is within 10 minutes walk; the picturesque train ride along the Tagus river estuary to Lisbon takes 30 minutes. Taxis are close by or can be ordered.
