The Chelsea Apartment is available for short let and is located on the first floor of a lovely classical building from the late 1800s in Ifield Road, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The entire building has been fully refurbished in 2010.

The location of our London apartment is perfect for exploring, central to everything in Kensington and Chelsea and an easy tube ride to major monuments, theatre district, Victoria station and Heathrow airport.

Located in Ifield Road, a quiet residential street in posh Chelsea quarter, the apartment affords many delights within walking distance, such as Earls Court Exhibition Hall or Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge football ground. It is next to the stretch between West to East between round the corner Redcliffe Gardens and Drayton Gardens, commonly known as The Beach. By day it’s cafes, shops and food stores like Gail’s bakery, Maison Blanc patisserie and Wyndham House butchers. By night the Art Deco Cineworld provides a great setting in which to enjoy the latest blockbuster or maybe you’re feeling brave enough to carouse with the young and beautiful (rumour has it Prince Harry et entourage frolic in this neighbourhood on regular occasion) in the various bars and restaurants on offer. All this within walking distance!

It is also an ideal base from which to soak up some of London’s culture and explore.

Ifield Road is next to the fancy boutiques and home decor shops at Kings Road and Fulham Road. Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park,  the Museum Row and Harrods luxury department store in Knightsbridge are a 20 to 25 minute pleasant stroll away.

The Chelsea Flat is only 250m from the award-winning Finbourough Theatre; the little local theatre is a trendy spot and an architectural gem. The Kings Road is a major fashionista’s shopping ground, with plenty of hip stores from Fulham to Sloane Square. Eventually the area became popular as vintage designers and fashion figures Mary Quant and Vivienne Westwood decided to settle at back in the 1960s.

Getting there and around
Piccadilly Circus and the West End are a short 10 minute direct tube ride away from Earls Court station. The vast network of buses will take you all over London whilst enjoying the scenery. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful in the area.
Heathrow Airport is easily reached in under 40 minutes by direct tube line, and access is also practical if you are travelling via the Eurotunnel by train.
Direct bus line to Luton and Gatwick airports from Earls Court Exhibition Hall (10 minute walk).
