Light and elegant apartment with nice glances over the blue ocean. The apartment is always cool in the summer and the natural ventilation means there is no need of air conditioning.
Guia apartment is situated on the fifth floor, the last floor of the building and has direct lift access from the private garage and from street level.
There are two main entrances to access the apartment building, one in ground floor and other in lower floor near the private garage. The garage has places for 3 cars.
The living room has dining area, fireplace, seating and dining table for 6 people, and opens up into the sunny balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has breakfast area and also access to the balcony.
A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pantry.

Within walking distance of the centre of Cascais and all its amenities, the apartment is situated in a very sought after residential area in Cascais.
The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is a pleasant 5 minutes stroll, or 2 minutes by car. There is plenty to visit such as restaurants, nightlife, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.
This property is ideally situated for those wanting to take a break with plenty to do but without having to rent a car.
Cascais local beach
The pleasant sandy beach of Cascais is 5 minutes away.
There is a long stretch of beaches all the way to Estoril, all with their individual character. The beaches provide every amenity such as sunbeds and parasols, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés on the adjacent promenade.
Cascais is close to the romantic world heritage town of Sintra and half an hour from the centre of Lisbon.
Beaches
You can sample a different beach every day even if you stayed a month! The local beaches within walking distance have quiet waters. Further afield, Guincho beach, world renowned for its beauty and surfing, is six kilometres away. You can go there by car, walking or cycling through a promenade created for this purpose willfully, it is a very pleasant ride of 20 minutes. This is a perfect beach for water sports such as surf, kitesurf and windsurf.
Many other sandy beaches are close by, each with its own individual character. Several beaches less than half an hour’s drive North along the coast are well worth exploring, as are some excellent fish restaurants.
Golf Details
Portugal is a paradise where the golfer can play almost every day of the year. Every course offers new and surprising landscapes, backed up by excellent services and facilities.
There are six courses within an 8 km range, with plenty to offer beginners and advanced players alike.
Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the apartment can be reached by car or taxi from Lisbon Airport in 40 minutes via the A5 motorway or the more scenic road along the river to Cascais.
The apartment is so well situated and transport is so good that you can opt for a car free holiday. Cascais train station is 10 minutes walk. The picturesque train ride along the Tagus river estuary to Lisbon takes 35 minutes.
