Principe Real Apartment – Surface area: 120m2
Principe Real Apartment is ideally situated in a luxury condominium with 24 hour porterage and video security. It can be accessed directly at garden level (no steps) or also by lift from the garage. The apartment is owned by a French Expatriate, based in Lisbon for many years, who will be delighted to give you insider tips to make the most of your stay.
Leave all the hussle and bussle of the City behind when you enter the gated gardens, an oasis of green and peace. Refresh from the days’ exploration in the beautifully tended swimming pool or exercise in the well equipped gym. Please note there is a restriction on the number of people per apartment that can access the communal facilities, for health and safety reasons.
The quiet apartment is entered directly at garden level via its entrance hall. With its own private front door within the condominium, it has the feel of a house, with the added benefit of spectacular beautifully maintained communal areas.
The large living room has a beautiful fireplace and quality surround sound, in addition to multi lingual cable television. From here there are various accesses to the private patio, a beautiful quiet area for “al fresco” meals. The kichen is small but fully equipped. The 3 bedrooms are very quiet, and there is an additional sleeping area in the living room which can be screened off for further privacy.
Notes: Access to the garage not included in price. Smoking not allowed in bedrooms. Pool June to September (4 people per house at a time during week and 2 at weekend)

The project was awarded the Valmor Municipal Architecture Prize for its sympathetic re-arrangement of the space of former palaces. This is the perfect example of a modern renovation of formal space, giving it a luxurious feel within a gated community. With its gorgeous façade over historic Rua d’O Século, the Bairro Alto House has its private access to famous Bairro Alto.
Within 2 minutes walk, you find yourself in the centre of Bairro Alto, with its trendy restaurants, bars and unique shops. The famous antiques shops “Rua de São Bento” street is only a few minutes away.
The apartment is in the same condominium as Principe Real House, which means we can accommodate groups of up to 22 people in the same fantastic location!
Getting there and around
Means of transport for excursions further afield abound: the metro stop is 400m away and there is an efficient network of buses. Trips to Cascais, Sintra, the lovely sandy beaches and golf are easily organized.
A 5 minute walk takes you to the Metro station of Baixa – Chiado. Bairro Alto, one of the most typical areas of Lisbon, with its many restaurants, bars and hip shops, is just around the corner.
Public transportation and 24hour taxi stands are 2 minutes away of doorstep. Supermarkets, bakeries and shops are all within a few minutes walk.

During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, further 40% two months before arrival, and balance on arrival in cash.
Security Deposit: €250, refundable at end of stay.
