The Scala apartment is in a private, modern and luxury condominium in one of the best areas of Cascais.
The apartment is situated on the third floor with direct lift access from the ground floor and its private garage which has 2 parking places.
The large living room with dining area has comfortable seating and table for 8 people and its glass doors open up into a sunny terrace with garden furniture, perfect for “al fresco” meals. The balcony has a pleasant view over the 2 outdoor swimming pools (one for adults and other for children) and the garden, with the blue sea in the distant horizon.
To the left of the entrance hall we find a guest toilet and the modern and fully equipped kitchen with a separated laundry room. The kitchen has a generous breakfast area.
Scala apartment has 2 en-suite bedrooms. The twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and plenty of cupboard space.which has a glass wall that leads directly to the bedroom and that makes the ilumination from shower room.

In center of Cascais and all its amenities (cultural events, cinemas with films in English, shopping and other facilities) the luxury apartment is situated in Scala Private Condominium, a quiet and residential area.
In a short walk distance some beaches and Marina is situated which its restaurants and nightlife. The famous Guincho Beach is 5 minutes by car, a perfect beach for water sports.
This property is ideally situated for those wanting to take a break with plenty to do but without rent a car.
Guincho Beach
The famous Guincho Beach, world renowned for its beauty and surfing, is 5 minutes by car but if you want, you can go there walking or cycling through a promenade created for this purpose, it is a very pleasant 20 minute bike ride. This is a perfect beach for water sports such as surf, kitesurf and windsurf.
Cascais local Beaches
There is a long stretch of beaches in Cascais, all with their individual character. The beaches provide every amenity such as sunbeds and parasols, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés on the adjacent promenade. You can sample a different beach every day even if you stay a month! The local beaches within walking distance have quiet waters.
Many other sandy beaches are close by, each with its own individual character. Several beaches less than half an hour’s drive North along the coast are well worth exploring, as are some excellent fish restaurants.
Cascais is also close to the romantic world heritage town of Sintra and half an hour from the centre of Lisbon.
Golf Details
Portugal is a paradise where the golfer can play almost every day of the year. Every course offers new and surprising landscapes, backed up by excellent services and facilities.
There are six courses within a 8 km range, with plenty to offer beginner and advanced players.
Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the apartment can be reached by car or taxi from Lisbon Airport in 40 minutes via the A5 motorway or the more scenic road along the river to Cascais.
The apartment is so well situated and transport is so good that you can opt for a car free holiday.
Cascais train station is 15 minutes walk and the picturesque train ride along the Tagus river estuary to Lisbon takes 35 minutes. There is a full variety of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Taxis are close by or can be ordered
