Tastefully decorated, Villa Peru II is an excellent base for a holiday in the middle of the countryside, with total privacy, yet with the security and exclusivity of a prestigious condominium and country club.
The ground floor Villa is bright, airy and offers ample social areas. The entrance area has a small lobby with sofas, a very cozy place. From the lobby a corridor leads to living room and 3 bedrooms.
The living room has dining area with seating for 6 people, 2 living areas with seating for 10 people, fireplace and direct access to terrace, garden and swimming pool. The ample kitchen and also has direct access to the outside beautiful garden.
There are 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, only one bedroom dosn’t have direct access to the outside. All bedrooms have an ample storage space. The Villa has one shower room with bidet and a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
Outside, the villa has a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, table for 4 people and overlooking the private swimming pool. A perfect place to relax and for “al fresco” meals in family. The large garden surrounds the villa on all sides. There is car parking are for 3/4 cars.
The house is tastefully decorated which blends perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere of the countryside that surrounds it. Perfect for family holidays.

With the Arrabida mountains as its backdrop, this luxury villa is set within the secure Quinta do Peru condominium and country club, surrounded by greenery and a lush golf course. Villa Peru II is located in the Parque Natural da Serra da Arrabida, 5 Km away from beautiful beaches and close to Vila Nogueira de Azeitao – a small historic town surrounded by the national park and well known for its vineyards and wine cellars open to the public. Arrabida beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, and boasts a natural bay with calm waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
Apart from Lisbon, 30km away, Azeitão, Setubal, Palmela and Sesimbra are easily reached, making the self-catering villa an ideal base for unforgettable daily excursions.
Quinta do Peru private condominium offers all the privacy and yet security of one of the most luxurious estates in the region of Sesimbra. Within the grounds you will find the world wide recognised Quinta do Peru Golf Course which offers amateurs a pleasant game, whilst also presenting a challenge for professionals.
The luxurious self-catering villa is situated in the Natural Park of Arrabida, established to protect the beautiful landscape and rich variety of wild life, including eagles, wildcats and badgers.
The surrounding mountains are the perfect place to go for a walk, and excursions can be organised with the local nature tour companies.
The villa is very safe and secluded as it is within a gated condominium with 24 hour security.
Sesimbra, a short drive away, is a quaint fishing town, famous for its castle, beach and beautiful sea front. Palmela has a towering very well preserved castle. Setubal has excellent fish restaurants by the sea front and a ferry to the nearby resort of Troia. Boat trips are organized to watch the dolphins living in the Sado estuary.
The local white sandy beaches are as close as 5 Km and the Arrabida beach is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. With its calm waters, it’s ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
The outdoor swimming pool for private use of guests is reached in the lower part of the private gardens.
The villa is heated in winter and the beautiful fireplace provides additional comfort and atmosphere.
Beaches
The villa is surrounded by many sandy beaches, all with different characteristics. The magnificent bay of Portinho de Arrabida, with its clear quiet waters, it is ideal for watersports. Sesimbra, Caparica, Meco and Troia beaches are all easily accessible.
Golf Information
Quinta do Peru 18 hole golf course is at your dorstep; it was voted amongst the top 10 courses in Portugal in the biennial poll organised by the European Golf magazine; the friendly family atmosphere makes this club an enjoyable and relaxed experience and its diversified course offers excellent views over the surrounding countryside. Expect immaculate fairways in this beautiful park course.
Tróia golf (15 kms and a ferry away) a difficult course but one of the most beautiful in Portugal, and Riba Golf is 40 Kms away. Aroeira golf course is 20km away as well as Montado’s golf course. Golf passes are available.
Gastronomy and wine tasting
The region of Azeitão is famed for its gastronomy, and even the local supermarket, Intermarché, has a mix of gourmet and standard products; the supermarket is about 3km from the villa. The local gastronomic festival is held from June to September. Fresh grilled fish is an inexpensive delight. Five formal wine routes have been devised in the Setubal peninsula by the ‘Rota de Vinhos’ association, combining wine tasting with sightseeing, arts and nature. The villa is ideally situated to take best advantage of these delights of the area.

Getting there and around
Two hours flight from most European cities and seven from New York, the villa is reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 45 minutes. Faro airport is 2 hours away. The motorway junction is 6km away.
A car is reccommended for this holiday as there is no public transport to the Villa.
Within the condominium you will find golf course, tennis, restaurant and bars.
The closest shops are within walking distance. The supermarket is 2 km away.
