Morada do Sol, although only 25km from central Lisbon and its airport, is situated in the beautiful Cascais-Sintra National Park; you will be in a 5,000 landscaped 'Quinta', with covered 10m*5m swimming pool, ideal for water yoga, and sauna. The conservatory is perfect for group sessions.
Groups can range from 2 people to a maximum of 10 so that the personalised aspect of the treatments remains a constant.
