 Welcome to the brand new adventure packages at Morada do Sol via Sol Domus!

Gracefully nested in a beautiful valley of the Sintra mountains, the pleasant village of Malveira da Serra sits in the backdrop of the unique Guincho beach, 3 km away.

In a protected area, Malveira da Serra is the centre of many hiking trails and even has a Base Camp with many activities.

Cascais is a Place to discover, and one third of the council is located in a protected area of Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, where Morada do Sol is located.

From the sea to the mountain, it offers a set of outdoor activities allowing our guests to get in direct contact with the nature and have a unique natural and cultural experience.

[expand title=”The Woolly Donkeys Experience at Quinta do Pisão”]

This is an educational acitivity in which you get to know an endangered species, the donkeys of the Asinina de Miranda breed. The activity involves a period of preparation of the animals (cleaning, adornments and harnesses), a short ride for children (10-15 minutes) and lastly preparation of the animals to be let out into the enclosure.

[expand title=”Guincho Coast, Aldeias and Quintas Trails – Unique trails that go between scenic ocean views and picturesque villages“]
Cascais is characterised by its low hills and coastal cliffs. Explore the Nature Park is between the Coast with its beautiful cliffs and beaches, and the Hill where dense forest formations and dry-stone walls take place.

The city hall has 3 trails that pass by Morada do Sol. All you need to do is choose one and explore the scenic views and be in touch with the nature.

Slide: Adventure activity in which you slide down a suspended wire rope from one point to the next, using safety equipment.
Tree-top: Multi-level obstacle course suspended in trees. Begginers, Elementary and Advanced levels available.
Archery: Introduction to archery with explanation of the use of equipment and challenges tailored to the characteristics of the participants

This walk challenges visitors to get to know the natural diversity of this location, characterised by a delicate ecological balance, associated to this highly diverse fauna and flora characteristic of a very dynamic dune systems
