COVID19 additional terms for new bookings
We have put in place additional terms for our reservations due to the COVID19 travel uncertainty. These policies are more generous than the official guidelines applicable. These terms apply to bookings from May 2021 for the 2021 season and are in addition to the regular Terms.
1. If it is impossible to travel due to border closures
Please inform us immediately the restriction is issued. We would prefer that you postpone your reservation, but if this is not possible we will give a full refund (less intermediary transaction costs if any). In all occasions please keep us updated of your intentions/decision to either postpone or cancel as soon as possible so that we have a chance to let the property locally. Of course Covid has hit us hard and we appreciate your cooperation in these difficult times.
2. If you wish to postpone your reservation
We offer to postpone your reservation until 31 December 2022 in the form of a virtual voucher for the amount already paid; this voucher should preferentially be used for a reservation of the same property. This has to be requested at least two months before arrival.
3. If you wish to cancel your reservation without it being impossible for you to travel
The conditions for cancelling your contract apply. We can provide you with the supporting documents of your stay (rental contract, invoice) allowing you to make a claim to your insurance. Additionally, so long as there is at least two months left before your arrival date, we will let you cancel and withhold only 10% of the total reservation value (less intermediary transaction costs if any).
