Light and elegant apartment with an extraordinary view over the beautiful bay of Cascais and Serra de Sintra. The apartment is always cool in the summer and the natural ventilation means there is no need for air conditioning.

The apartment is situated on the sixth floor of a prestigious block with direct lift access from the secure garage and from street level.

Upon prior arrangement, access to the local private swimming pool and health club 400m away can be arranged at special rates.
The living room has seating for six, dining area, and opens on to the terrace with panoramic views to Cascais and Sintra. The breathtaking views are what make this apartment so special. Many relaxing moments can be spent gazing at the horizon whilst enjoying a refreshing drink.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have fitted cupboards with ample storage space. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area.

The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is a pleasant 5 minute stroll, or 2 minutes by car. There is plenty to visit such as restaurants, nightlife, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.

Further, it has privileged access to the local health club and swimming pool.

This property is ideally situated for those wanting to take a break with plenty to do but without having to rent a car.

The pleasant sandy beach of Cascais is 10 minutes walking distance and can be viewed from the terrace. There is a long stretch of beaches all the way to Estoril, all with their individual character. The beaches provide every amenity such as sunbeds and parasols, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés on the adjacent promenade.

Cascais is close to the romantic world heritage town of Sintra and half an hour from the centre of Lisbon.

Beaches
You can sample a different beach every day even if you stayed a month! The local beaches within walking distance have quiet waters. Further afield, Guincho beach, world renowned for its beauty and surfing, is six kilometres away. Many other sandy beaches are close by, each with its own individual character. Several beaches less than half an hour’s drive North along the coast are well worth exploring, as are some excellent fish restaurants.

Portugal is a paradise where the golfer can play almost every day of the year. Every course offers new and surprising landscapes, backed up by excellent services and facilities.
There are six courses within an 8 km range, with plenty to offer beginners and advanced players alike.

A range of treatments are available and beauty packages can also be booked in advance. Guests have access to the exclusive club with discounted entry fees starting at €7.50 for the outdoor pool. Passes to use all the facilities and classses are available.

Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the apartment can be reached by car or taxi from Lisbon Airport in 40 minutes via the A5 motorway or the more scenic road along the river to Cascais.

The apartment is so well situated and transport is so good that you can opt for a car free holiday. Cascais train station is 10 minutes walk. The picturesque train ride along the Tagus river estuary to Lisbon takes 35 minutes

Prices are quoted for up to 4 people. Add €100/week per additional person. Maximum 6 people.
During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, further 40% two months before arrival and balance in cash on arrival.
Security Deposit: €150, refundable at end of stay.
