Luxurious and spacious villa situated in the exclusive Quinta da Marinha resort, surrounded by pine woods and beautiful nature. The villa is luxuriously and tastefully decorated and is very well equipped. Light streams in all directions and the view is beautiful whichever direction you look.

The house is built on a single floor, and located in a privileged area of the resort, walking distance to health club, hotel, golf, horse riding and tennis centres; yet it is very private and peaceful. The villa boasts amazing and very exclusive sea views from the gardens, the swimming pool and the living areas, facing Oitavos Dunes golf course and a unique sunset over the ocean to the West, with the Sintra Mountain Range in the backdrop of the house. This is one of the few villas boasting sea-views in Quinta da Marinha luxury resort.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people with comfort. Most bedrooms feature relaxing green or sea views, and have access to the garden and pool area. The living areas and kitchen are spacious and bright, and feature state of the art fittings.

Outside, a very well kept garden surrounds the large private swimming pool, which faces the sunset to the West and over the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the very special Oitavos Dunes Golf Course.

The Villa is very spacious and luxurious, an excellent selection for those who look for a relaxing retreat in great style, close to the golf and other amenities and sandy beaches.

Location
The house is situated in the prestigious Quinta da Marinha resort, a large protected area boasting a luxury hotel, various golf courses, health club, restaurants and swimming pools. The setting is peaceful and green, 5km from beautiful Guincho beach and 4km from cosmopolitan Cascais and Estoril. The motorway is only 4km away, making Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra accessible in under 30 minutes.

The house is located in a priviledged area of the resort walking distance to the health club, hotel and golf; yet it is very private and peaceful.
Quinta da Marinha is 5km from the coastal resort of Cascais, where you will find superb beaches, restaurants, night-life and shopping, as well as a charming old town with rewarding site-seeing.

In the other direction, Sintra, a world heritage site with its castle, palaces and gardens set in lush vegetation and enjoying ravishing views is a lovely 15 minute car drive across the mountain.
Locally, there is a huge choice of the latest films in original language with over twenty screens in four local cinema complexes reachable within 10 minutes, as are two attractive shopping centres. The summer brings international festivals; classical music and ballet in Sintra, jazz in Estoril and fireworks in Cascais

Lisbon is half an hour away, and with easy access to the motorway system a number of other world class cultural and historic sites make an enjoyable day trip. Lisbon boasts world heritage sites, and a rich cultural, culinary and night life.
The motorway network puts the Knights Templars’ castle and chapels at Tomar and Batalha within an easy day trip, as well as the ancient university town of Coimbra.

Beaches
Guincho beach, world renowned for its beauty and surfing, is 5 kilometres away. Many other sandy beaches are close by, each with its individual character. Less than half an hour’s drive North along the coast several beaches are well worth exploring, as are some excellent fish restaurants.

Golf
A golfer’s paradise: the Quinta da Marinha golf courses are at your doorstep and you can benefit from discounted rates. Six of Portugal’s best golf courses are within a 15 minute drive, offering new and surprising landscapes, along with first class services and facilities. Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the villa can be reached by car or taxi from Lisbon Airport in 30-40 minutes.
Located in the protected national park of Cascais-Sintra, the property is only 4km from the motorway and so half an hour from Lisbon and its cultural attractions and night life. Taxis are available and cheap, and there is an efficient bus system from the village to Cascais and Sintra; but to get the best out of your holiday we advise car hire, as there is so much to see which is not accessible by public transport.

During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking and 80% paid on arrival in cash
Security Deposit: €750, refundable at end of stay
