Estoril Garden Apartment – Surface area : 255 m2, Garden : 300 m2
Very elegant and luxurious apartment with its own private garden and communal gardens with large swimming pool.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has the feeling of an elegant maisonette, having direct access to its decked patio and garden.
There is a very spacious 100m2 living room, 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The private condominium is located in a quiet and secluded area within busy Estoril, just a few hundreds of metres from its famous Casino, and a 5 to 10 minute walk to Praia da Poça beach, the best family beach in Estoril. So although private parking is available for guests, you can comfortably opt for a car free holiday.
The apartment’s decor, openly minimalistic, is clearly perceived from the entrance hall. The clear light beige walls embrace the sunlight, coming through from the private garden and across the living-room.
The vast living areas (100m2 – so the size of a small 2 bedroom apartment), are a wonderful place to relax or enjoy a meal, thanks to lovely garden views, the flatscreen TV-set with international channels and beautiful fireplace. Outside, there is a 300m2 private garden, with a most-welcoming hammock for an afternoon nap, and an outdoor dining table with a BBQ over a wooden deck. At the bottom of the private lawn, there is a wooden gate to access the communal gardens and pool.
The fully equipped kitchen has luxurious Miele fittings, and definitely encourages your chef skills.
Each of the three main bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, and plenty of storage space. The size of each of these bedrooms is obviously in-line with the size of the living areas. Two of these suites have also access to a second private patio.
The communal gardens are a brilliant place to enjoy the much welcoming portuguese weather. Vast lawn areas, a large swimming pool and plenty of deckchairs are a guarantee of either relaxation or hours of fun, specially for the younger ones. For added luxury and comfort, there are changing and shower rooms by the swimming pool.

Location
Located in the elegant and quiet area of Estoril, within 10 minutes walk of lovely sandy beaches and 2km from the centre of Cascais. Lisbon is easily reached by a pleasant coastal train ride in 20 minutes or by car (20km). Sintra is a bus ride away.
Estoril became famous during the Second World War as a safe haven for european nobility and spies. The beautiful chalets defining the landscape are a remain from this era. Its micro climate is a constant attraction all year round, hot in the summer and mild in winter.
Many members of the European nobility remain frequent vacationers of Estoril, such as the spanish Infanta Margarita, who also owns a house near Avenida de França, where the Estoril Garden Apartment is located.
The Estoril Casino is the largest in Europe and a popular attraction, as well as the arts and crafts fair, and both are only a 5 minute walk from the Estoril Garden Apartment.
The Cascais Marina, with its boats, restaurants and buzzing night-life is a 5 minute drive. Everything is within easy walking distance.
The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the famous coast promenade “paredão”, or 5 minutes by local bus or car. There is plenty to visit of historic interest as well as restaurants, nightlife, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.
Golf Details
Portugal is a paradise where the golfer can play almost every day of the year. Every course offers new and surprising landscapes, backed up by excellent services and facilities. Internationally renowned Estoril Golf course is less than 1 km away.
There are 6 courses within an 8 km range, with plenty to offer beginner and advanced player alike.
Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the apartment can be reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 25 minutes via the A5 motorway or the more scenic road along the river towards Cascais.
The apartment is so well situated and transport is so good that you can opt for a car free holiday.
There is a full variety of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pleasant coastal train connecting Lisbon and Cascais is within 10 minutes walk; the picturesque train ride along the Tagus river estuary to Lisbon takes 30 minutes. Taxis are close by or can be ordered.

Appartement très spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé (linge de toilette, serviettes de piscine/plage, ustensiles de cuisine... jouets pour enfants).
Il est très bien situé pour visiter la région de Lisbonne (Sintra, Nazaré, Fatima,...)
Idéal pour famille nombreuse ou plusieurs couples ou 2 familles avec enfants.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement d’Estoril garden. Il est très bien situé, très fonctionnel (avec ses nombreuses salles de bain), très spacieux et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les jouets pour les enfants c’est super aussi et l’espace extérieur est très agréable.
