The apartment has been refurbished to high standards, with air conditioning in all rooms, electric blinds and the advantage of a huge 60m2 rooftop terrace. The apartment is located in one of the best residential areas in Cascais, Guia, in a quiet one-way street.

The Atlantic Ocean is 500m away and the area is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean pine trees. The apartment is tastefully decorated with colours inspired by the sea and unique eclectic pieces created by the owner.

The apartment is situated on the first floor, and the small building only has 3 apartments, so it is quiet and intimate.  The apartment is air-conditioned throughout.

The entrance hall of the apartment leads to the living area in one direction and the bedrooms corridor in the other. One of the bathrooms is also accessed from the hall.

From the hall we also access the corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom has a private shower-room en-suite. All bedrooms have French doors leading to the veranda, and feature air conditioning and electric blinds: waking up with no light in the morning!

The amazing rooftop terrace is for private use of this apartment. There is a private studio on the top floor which can make an ideal study, as it has direct access from the communal area, therefore not interfering with family life.

There is a small local shopping centre walking distance, as well as a local children playground 2 minutes walk. The delightful Casa da Guia by the sea with its shops and restaurants is a pleasant stroll away; Casa da Guia is a truly magical place.
