We are very proud to add such a unique property to our portfolio. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Quinta da Marinha area, this luxurious private villa offers a unique Cascais experience to larger families or small groups: exquisite accommodation in the most exclusive residential and holiday area in the Lisbon region, Quinta da Marinha resort. We are confident this will be one of the most coveted holiday homes in Cascais, created by the same architect who designed the local landmark Cascais Mirage Hotel.

Looking out to the living areas from the entrance hall, the villa opens up to score an outstanding first impression. On your right, a 50 metre all-glass facade connects the living areas to the garden and the swimming pool, and welcomes the Sunset lights from the West, coloring your afternoons in shades of orange and red, on top of a beautiful wooden floor. The living areas have separate sitting and dining areas for up to 16 people, and guests will love how this open plan layout connects with the outdoor area. The fully equipped american-sized kitchen shines, and has its own outdoor breakfast bar.
From the entrance hall and on your left, you will find a guest wing, with 2 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms are beautifully covered with Italian Bisazza designer mosaic.

On the first floor, you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The stunning master suite opens up to a private 50 square meter terrace, boasting beautiful 270-degree green views of the surrounding resort grounds with the Atlantic Ocean in the distance, and the Sintra-Cascais Nature Park. The master bathroom offers the same stunning views from its very tempting large bathtub, and will surely be the place to enjoy a glass of champagne under the sunset lights.
Next to the master suite, you will find another large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms sharing one full bathroom.

By the garden floor, guests will find a lounging area, with a ping pong table and a Foosball table. This lounging area is next to a very large bedroom with two large double beds; this are is greatly appreciated by children and teenagers. They can have their own private floor: a bedroom with a large double bed for their own, a full double shower room, and a lounging area with TV and a BOSE sound system just next to the garage, where the games are located.

Outside and within the gardens, the large 12-metre long swimming pool is the perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon.

Location
The villa is located at Rua dos Periquitos street, a very exclusive cul-de-sac nested in Quinta da Marinha grounds, where some of the most luxurious villas in Cascais can be found.

Just outside the prestigious Quinta da Bicuda and Quinta da Marinha resorts, large protected areas boasting luxury hotels, various golf courses, health clubs, restaurants and swimming pools. The setting is peaceful and green, 4km from beautiful Guincho beach and less than 4km from cosmopolitan Cascais and Estoril. The motorway is only 3 km away, making Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra accessible in under 30 minutes.

The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is 5 minutes away by local bus or car. There is plenty to visit as well as restaurants, nightlife, a boat marina, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.
Locally, there is a huge choice of the latest films in original language with over twenty screens in four local cinema complexes reachable within 10 minutes, as are two attractive shopping centres.

The newly opened Paula Rego Casa das Historias Modern Art Museum is a short drive away.

Beaches
Guincho beach, world renowned for its beauty and surfing, is four kilometres away. Many other sandy beaches are close by, each with its individual character. Less than half an hour’s drive North along the coast several beaches are well worth exploring, as are some excellent fish restaurants.

Golf
A golfer’s paradise: the Quinta da Marinha golf courses are at your doorstep and you can benefit from discounted rates. Six of Portugal’s best golf courses are within a 15 minute drive, offering new and surprising landscapes, along with first class services and facilities. Weather
Portugal is a year round destination. Hot and sunny in the summer, with a refreshing breeze off the sea; windier months are July and August; Spring and Autumn are mild, ideal for sightseeing. Rainy days can occur in winter, but it is rarely cold.

Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the house can be reached by car or taxi from Lisbon Airport in 30-40 minutes.
Located near the main accesses to Cascais, the property is only 3km from the motorway and so half an hour from Lisbon and its cultural attractions and night life. Taxis are available and cheap, and there is an efficient bus system from the village to Cascais and Sintra; but to get the best out of your holiday we advise car hire, as there is so much to see which is not accessible by public transport.
Walking distance from the house, we reach the pretty resort of Bicuda, with its supermarket, bakery, coffee shop, restaurants and shops.
Quinta da Marinha resort, with its health club, golf courses, riding club, hotel and restaurants is about 1km away
