The communal areas are on the ground floor. There is a spacious living room with fireplace with two seating areas which easily take 12 people. The living area opens onto the garden. There is a separate dining room with lovely garden views. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a guest toilet on this floor.

Steps lead to the first floor where 4 bedrooms are situated. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one of which is en-suite.

The garden is sunny, with lawn, garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for spending relaxing moments. There is also a XXm2 pool.

The local sandy beach of XX provides every amenity such as sunbeds and parasols, and there are numerous restaurants and cafés on the adjacent promenade.

Location
Located in the elegant, quiet area of São Pedro do Estoril, within 15 minutes walk of the lovely sandy beach and close to the centre of Cascais. Lisbon is easily reached by a pleasant coastal train ride in 20 minutes or by car (20km). Sintra is a bus ride away.

Estoril became famous during the Second World War as a safe haven for the nobility and spies. Its micro climate continues to attract tourists all year round, hot in the summer and mild in winter.

The Cascais Marina, with its boats, restaurants and buzzing night-life is a 15 minute drive.

Everything is within easy walking distance.
The charming, historic town centre of Cascais is a pleasant 15 minutes stroll, or 5 minutes by local bus or car. There is plenty to visit of historic interest as well as restaurants, nightlife, cultural events, cinemas with films in English and shopping.

Golf Details

Getting there and around
Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the villa can be reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 25 minutes via the A5 motorway or the more scenic road along the river towards Cascais.

The villa is so well situated and transport is so good that you can opt for a car free holiday.

There is a full variety of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pleasant coastal train connecting Lisbon and Cascais is within 5 minutes walk; the picturesque train ride along the Tagus river estuary to Lisbon takes 30 minutes. Taxis are close by or can be ordered
